John Meschter is an accomplished technical leader and innovator with more than 30 years of experience in high-speed automation, large-scale manufacturing, and multi-technology product development. His career highlights include:
· Extensive Leadership: Roles in project management, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
· Technical Depth: Specialized in developing and automating manufacturing processes for advanced energy products, including batteries, fuel cells, and solar modules.
· Proven Track Record: Holder of 22 US and international patents.
Based near Lausanne, Switzerland, John continues to work closely with Dr. Michael Graetzel, the inventor of dye-sensitized solar cells. His expertise is rooted in decades of hands-on experience, notably at Polaroid Corporation in the US, where he led the development of battery manufacturing systems and innovative film products. He has also driven advancements in fuel cell and lithium-ion battery design and large-scale automated assembly.
